We Who Are Fed Hear The Cry of the Hungry On Mission Day, October IZ, though the sun was in eclipse, students and faculty responded to Social Ac- tion Club's call to light the world with Christ. Four morning sessions of films and talks told about mission work at home and abroad, including that of Mrs. Combs QBrazilj and Miss Kresal CMexicoD. At the Mass organized by Miss Kresal's class, Msgr. Lirette crowned Tina Cianfrini Mission Queen. Sophomores emerged as champions in the pay-as- you-enter intramural volleyball contest. Students wandered from booth to booth, filling up on hot dogs, pizza, and other food during the carnival lunch served by Block I religion classes. Your prayers, your money, but especially you are needed, Sister Margretine had announced earlier. After a long day of generous giving, everyone at H.F. felt truly needed by the missions. ' 'l i lf sl
