Her favorite pastimes are dancing, bowling. reading. and music. She is often heard to say, lVait a minute! -especially if there is a disagreement in a bookkeeping answer. Three things she most desires. she tells us, is to have an orchid surrounded by sweet peas for her prom. to go to Rio de Janeiro for a month after graduation. and to own an airplane and spend the rest of her life in the sky. This marvelous gift of gala will surely help him when he reaches the legislature. jake is the usual late-comer in the morning. but, after a hard day of school work, you'll always hear him sing out. Let's go. His favorite pastime is discussing politics and singing oldatime songs, and his hobbies are reading, bowling and photography. A politician talks mneh and well. IRENH ELFREADA KRUGER Renee Mt. Pleasant School General Course Sweet and friendly is this petit, blond miss. Always cheer- ful and willing to take part in class activities, her interests vary from taking pictures to swimming and skating. She was a member of the art and dramatic clubs, a diligent pupil and a loyal friend. She hopes to study nursing at St. Ann's Hospital, Fall River. MAURICE PAUL LAFRANLE Ozzie Sacred Heart School General Course Ozzie was the choice for the left end post on the All- Bristol Class B football squad. He is also on the basketball first team and plays an entire game at guard for the second team. His hobby is collecting war souvenirs, and he has quite a collection, we hear. Ozzie intends to go to New Bedford Textile Institute to study engineering. A little nonsense now and then Is found among the best of men. 28
