if v' fl THROUGH the hourglass of eternity, centufy after cen- tury, drift the sands of time . . . Falling as gently as a snow- flake on a crisp wintry day or tumbling down in the roar of a turmoil and exciting events, the years go by at their indi- vidual pace. And thus comes 1950, a year of great return and of great forgiveness. This Holy Year, coming once in a quarter of a century, is a year in which pilgrims the world over hie themselves to the House of Peace to help launch the con- struction of a new future, based on the teachings of Christ. This is also an exciting year for the Class of 1950, their secondary education in Christian Social Living reaching com- pletion. lt is a glorious year for the Congregation of Sisters of Holy Family of Nazareth which now celebrates the seventy-fifth anniversary of its founding. Three separate and distinct events with a common denomina- tor: TIME. Time for loving self sacrifice, for prayer and penance, for commencement into a new phase of young life. 13A
