Mr. Edward J. Schulte is the architect for this building which has been nationally ll acclaimed as one of the outstandin h't 'ill g arc iectural and constructural accomplishments in the Midwest. . In general the orientation of the building has been studied to produce as much sunlight 05 4 possible in every portion of the building some tim d ' ' ' ll e uring the day. The theory involved In ff lllltit general plan scheme is new and is very largely the result of long experience with planning instl- ll! tutional buildings, and with learning from direct sources how such buildings work.
