An impressive list of high Church dignitaries would gnen :la t was revealed that the Apostolic Delegate, the Most Rev. Amleto Giovanni Cicogndnl, .WOU rg fam: the ceremony of breaking the ground for construction of the new Holy Cross Seminary- l Some 10,000 people iamrned the site of the new building for the ground-breaking ' , , attended also by some twenty-five bishops and archbishops. Music for the occasion was furnished by more than 800 La Crosse. l school students in massed choir and by the combined concert bands of St. Patrick's l'll9l i and Aquinas High School. Archbishop of Milwaukee, Kiley, was celebrant at the Benediction which closed the ceremonies. -
