Dore-mi-ia-So Sweetly Sings the Choir This vear the choir was indeed singing sweetly at the win- ter and spring concerts. Among the many delightful ditties dexterously delivered were: Selection from Godspell, Jolly Old St. Nickolas, Dav by Day, Prepare ye the way of the Lord. The choir members, at times directed by Mr. Hemp- hill their own Eric Von Trapp, were thrilled with some of the assorted modern songs they sang. Some noteworthy ex- amples are: The Hippopotamus Song, Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree, Black and White, and the all time favorite, the most modern song-song, the lively lyric of the living, that fabulous, fantastic freakout: Talk to The Animals. 1st Row: D. My finger nail is grape, what ' s vours? The yearbook, this year, was composed of 14 members and two advisors, Mrs. Kalsbeek and Miss Stiles. During the months of school the staff attempted to capture on paper, the events and happenings of this year. The chief hanco of the staff this year is Faith Veldman, who was responsible for keeping the animals, oops, I mean students happy and working. The fall delivery that was tried this year is sup- posed to allow the spring events to be placed in the hal- lowed pages of our beloved yearbook. Just think only 126 pictures to go.

The Hoi ton High School Concert and Marching Band con- sisting of members, provide music for school events (foot- ball, basketball, and pep assemblies). Acting as President is Carol Pickard, Vice-President Rick Cramblet, Secretary, Treasurer Cathy Wait. The purpose of being in the band is to give a feeling of friendly competitive responsibility and to provide musical skills and leadership for all its members.
