The National Honor Society is a group, organized to honor the students here at Holton High who have achieved supe- rior grades. Advisor D. Greiner, President Linda Murat, Vice President Cheryl Ruprecht, Secretary Carol Pickard, and Treasurer Faith Veldman, all work together planning an honor breakfast at the end of the year for all the deserv- ing people who have made the honor roll. Cramblet. F. Veldman. D. Sutherland, R. Storck. With the rap of the gavel, the Student Council resumed operations for this year. The officers that the student body elected last year were President Bill Hislop, Vice-President Carolee Stitt, Secretary Diane Lynn, Treasurer Tom Buck- ner. The festivities of homecoming week included spurt week and the powder puff football game. Due to the resig- nation of the President and the change of school bv the Vice President new elections were held. The new officers are President Tom Buckner, Vice President Kathy Rizlev.
