-SEN ALICE BAGBY College Preparatory Courre AT LAST WE HAVE FOUND someone who has that much-celebrated dry sense of humor. With a Miami sun- tan, a contagious laugh, and a head crammed full of brains and origi- nality, Alice keeps '15 alive and spirited. She can have her serious moments, too. As president of the Scroll, advertising manager of THE SCRIBE, and holder of high honor rank, she proves this. In addition to preparing for Smith, Alice finds time to keep slim with modern dancing and to strum a meloclious guitar. MARYALICE BRATTAIN College Preparatory Course AIRPLANES AND MARYALICE just seem to go together, for her father is Vice- President of Eastern Air Lines, and her major interest is flying. Singing is her specialty and that sweet, strong voice makes a mighty fine backbone for the Glee Club. This talent is combined with a brain which has earned her honor rank and a science award. SE IORSl--- MARTHA CLARK College Preparatory Courfe AT THE TENDER AGE of six months Martha traveled to the West and claims that she remembers clearly the Grand Canyon, which she visited during this trip. With this fact in mind it is extraordinary that she should envy Mrs. Holton her mem- ory. This year Martha has been an enthusiastic member of both the Dramatic and Glee Clubs. Her main interest is anything in a uniform. Her lofty ambitions are to get on the honor roll, and to marry and have three boys. Athletics, Dra- matic Club, singing, Scroll, SCRIBE, captaincy in Student Government- she's done them all. In her spare time-notice that!-she travels all over the United States, especially to New Orleans, indulges in a passion for dancing, ballroom and other- wise, and goes to watch other peo- ple act. Although she's leaving us, we're sure to hear echoes of her suc- cess.
