The Queen and her Court — Climax of the Senior Sweetheart Dance. Carol Driscoll, Francine Bourque, Sara Carter, Queen Marcelle Chalifour, Carol Derrivan, Phyllis Chase, Judith Hood. CHAPTER FIVE — THE SENIOR DANCE On January 3 and 12, the various committees for the Senior Sweetheart Dance were announced. These committees, chosen by the Executive Committee and Miss Williams, serving as dance advisor, went straight to work and produced another spectacular dance complete with profit. The dance was held on February 3. The music of the Four Sharps and the Valentine decorations provided the background for the Grand March led by President Sherman and Miss Barbara McPhee. Marcelle Chalifour was chosen Queen, with Sally Carter, Judy Hood, Francine Bourque, Phyllis Chase, Carol Driscoll and Carol Derrivean as attendants. The dance was a fitting climax to our social events. CHAPTER SIX — LOOKING AHEAD Before us there remain the play, graduation, reception and other final ceremonies. After these we leave Holten High to take our place in the world, never meeting again as a group until we begin — UNIT FIVE THE REUNIONS OF THE CLASS OF 1956 HOLTEN HIGH SCHOOL. DANVERS
