herd HECE-HERO FHA is a program de- signed for learning, chapter activities and job experiences. Young men and women in HECE-HERO FHA search for a full and useful life. These students have become members of HERO through their interest in home economics and careers related to this profession. They encounter many ex- periences as they look for meaningful, satisfying jobs to compliment their de- sires, abilities and personalities. Miss Jans- sen teaches her students skills and princi- ples to prepare, maintain, and advance on the job. Through HECE-HERO FHA Chapter activities, members learn to make realistic transitions from the classroom and text- book to on-the-job expectations and de- mands.
