Homecoming week climaxed Satur- day night, Nov. 2, as Kim Stricbcr was named Queen and Willie McAfee was named King. The announcement came at halftime of the Marshall game. The week began with Tie Day, fol- lowed by a host of other special thrills. Halls and rooms were soon decorated in lavish Green and Gold designs. On Costume Day, Oct. 31, students and teachers came as their favorite charac- ters: everything from Chickens to Alice Cooper. A close 35-28 Homecoming game, played against arch-rival Marshall, was a successful conclusion to the week. 5 22 6
