The large en- rollment of non-professional students and those studying intensively in some branch of the cultural arts, attests the adaptability of the program. The schools educational ideal may be briefly expressed as the desire to give training and advice which will enable the student to achieve his highest poten- tialities. Significant among the many contributing fac- tors to the realization of this objective, isthe guidance program. Each students course of study is planned according to his interests, talents, and objectives. By developing those qualities and skills which will enable him to find gainful employment and to become a desirable member of his community, he is prepared for economic independence. Aesthetic and cultural subjects are consid- ered essential as preparation for leisure time.
