The Spartans will have a new coach next year as Coach Midgette will be going to Piper High. Leav- ing the team with a winning record makes him feel good. The Spartans in three years ended up with a 28-24 record. This year's leaving Seniors are Nick Jeffries, Ron Jackson, Brian Cohee, Dennis Hand- lin, Ernie Kossar, Brad Morse, Roger Ryle, Lynn Losee, Campbell Bowen, Mike Anderson and Steve Dent. The Spartan coach for next year will be Mr. Curley who coached the J.Vfs to a 7-3 season. Brian Cohee came back after early season slump to end up with .264 average.
