The one main problem that Student Council first tried to remedy was to eliminate the lack of 'communication between the students, the Student Coun- cil, and the faculty and administration. Through the Get it together dance at the beginning of the year the Student Council identified themselves with the students. Homecoming, a Student Council spon- sored event, was expanded to a week of festivities including the crowning of the Homecoming Queen, a dance, a class spirit contest, and a bonfire. ' Their other accomplishments this year, to name a few, were the Miss HHH con- test, the Hootenanny, a complete revi- sion of their constitution, and a dress code poll.
