Mx in-s sf up 5 -4, The Annual Staff 1960 is to be commended for the authentic picture they have given to us at Holly High. This annual publication truly displays the spirit of co-operation and hard work that has gone into its making, and it will ever be aremembrance of school life during 1959 and 1960. All of the faculty and students appreciate your efforts to give us the best annual yet. We want to thank you and to wish you a life that has yet to reach its peak of happiness. Sincerely, Joe F. To the Annual Staff and Sponsor: Congratulations, again, on putting out an outstanding annual. lhave noticed, with satisfaction, the hard work that each of you has done in producing this annual. The student body owes each of you a vote of THANKS for a job well done, for pre- serving for them in pictorial fashion their many pleasant days at Holly Hi. The Board of Trustees and the school faculty join me in the hope that we have been able to give each student something that will help him to enjoy a successful and happy life. lfl may, I should like to give you a bit of my philosophy of life: A willing heart and a willing mind are needed before you can accomplish any true service. A warmness, an earnestness, and an enthusiastic love for your fellow man must be an integral part of your personality before you can honestly make a worth-while contribution to man- kind. With my highest regards for each of you, Xfflf Norman B. McKenzie, Superintendent
