What could you say about a man who took a desperate group of people and molded them into the best soccer team Hollis has ever seen. What could you say about a man who has done so much for the senior class that it would be an injustice if wedmade a list on paper. It isn't easy to describe a man like this, so the senior class of 1973 would like to dedicate its Excali- bur to Micheal J. Fox. We hope that this dedication is a token of our appreciation for a job well done. I ' ily' y W siii ' ie ' ' Don't look away from the world-give yourself to it. ggi 1247? Q, . QE? Aw, Advisor - Mr. S. Because of much effort and dedication on the part of many different people, we feel that we have met this goal. We would like to thank Mr. Arthur Whitty for his effort and time. We would also like to thank our advi- sor, Mr. Lockwood for the patience on his part to help us achieve our goal. We think that We have met a goal that no other staff has met - to produce a yearbook that the whole school can be proud of. Mr Arthur Whitty - Photographer Life's fairness is not always irrevocableg we can help bal- ance the scales for others, if not always for ourselves. f . fs We are me and I Wlu of , l A . .. :fin i lf . 1 , ,Z-V ' NWN - a . iw is K g ::: ,asa ,, - uf ,i -A, - R ..1s,,,. fi 5 141: i K -we 'mi-QS: if:.' xx :H . . If you don't mind a touch of hell now and then just when everything is fine because in heaven they don't sing all the time. The world is a beautiful place to be born into - if you don't mind some people dying all the time - which isn't half so bad if it isn't you. Oh the world is a beautiful place to be born into if you don't mind a few dead minds in the higher places g Or a bomb or two - now and then in your up- turned faces, or such other improperties as our v brand-name society. Yes, the world is the best place of all for a lot of things - such as making the fun scene and making the love scene and making the sad secene and having inspirations and waking up from life and walking around - looking at everything and smelling flowers, and even thinking, and kissing people, and wearing pants, and waving hats, and dancing, and going swimming in rivers in the middle of the summer and generally just living it up . However, despite a good showing all year, the har- riers suffered a mental letdown. The loss to Woodsville, a Class M team, in the State Meet, broke a string of Class M victories dating back to 1969. This year's state meet team had had only one senior, Tom Chap- man, who ran well all season. The rest of the State Meet team will be returning. They are: Ken Gurski, Kid Denehy, Gregg Ginet, Mike Goulder, Brian Spence and Mark Russell. Others runners on the team were: Tim Ballard, Ted Russell, Andy Pennucci, Mark LaVerne, Charles Spinney, Bret Fusco, Steve Lapierre, John Chislett and Dave Avery. The managers were Bob Stiles and Mark Thompson. Dvtldcbncm f f: -ek! ,L I I 215,55 -1- wfi ' gif' vzzgjia, K Q is 'E I wf I a 4 A asa, ,FQ year, the -, Wy' ',.m,,.
