The jurisdiction of House Board extends over cases arising from viola- tions other than those which come under the jurisdiction of Honor Court. The purpose of House Board is to review these cases, to administer penalties in accord with the violations, and to refer to Honor Court cases of serious or chronic offenders. C House Board is composed of live permanent members: the three house presidents and the vice presidents of the Sophomore and Freshman Classes. In addition to these, rotating representatives from each resident hall are elected by the students in their building to serve as ex-oflicio members. After a three-month period a new election is held. This rotating membership gives more students the opportunity to become familiar with the functioning of the Judiciary Branch. eil 110 lie 1119 fpin ter 'Iii-IE SI'IXS'1'HR. thu axmunl pulTIic:IIi.JII of llvllins Collcuc. is CdiICdL'I1IiTL'lf'17f' l11k'I11lWL'I'S oI'IlII' QIIIJI-III lmly.
