Only people who are willing to accept respon- sibilities and do more than is required of them qualify as members of the yearbook staff. They do the actual production of pages outside of school hours and their ability to get the job done with but little super- vision isremarkable. No teacher could work with a finer group than the Eagle staff members of 1960-61. The staff and I are greatly indebted to the advertisers in Holliday and Wichita Falls. Only by having their help can we give the students of Holliday a book at a reasonable cost. We hope that you, the own- ers of this book, will show your appreciation of them in some way. As you will notice, one Holliday man bought an entire page because of his interest in our school. Eagle Sponsor, aim Ethel R. Fisher We pay special tribute to Tommy Hudson who was the winner of our yearbook sales contest with 45 books sold. He was also a very efficient photographer. Ricky Welch, our lower class editor, ran a close race in the sales contest by selling 35 books. Our thanks to both of these boys. 5
