Wilson Wyant won first prize with his speech, Rights and Privileges of an American Citizenv. Second place went to Kathleen McAllister who spoke on. 'The First Amendment . Bob Petroline took third prize with his speech, My Rights As An American. As winner of the local contest, Wilson went to Ken- dall where he won third prize in the County Oratorical Contest. The picture above shows Mr. Clifford Ennis, chair- man of the Holley Contest, presenting the orators with their prizes.
