Class officers elected were: Carl Schneider, Presidentg Mona Burns, Vice Presidentg and Lois Klosterman, Secretary- - -f' I Treasurer. Mr. Crawford was our class advisor. 'wexzffvgwg Ea Al play for the contest We chose a tragedy, 'The Valiant' H ing Seniors, this was our year to put on the one act On December 2nd the Seniors had their Homecoming, with Belleville playing Hollandale Despite the loss of the game, the evening was a success Several door prizes were donated by the business men to be given away at the dance Lois dropped out of cheerleading this year, so Mona was the only Senior cheerleader representing our school At the Blanchardville game the Seniors sponsored a candy sale and took in a total of S7 O3 Our Senior class play, which was presented early in February, was a comedy entitled 'Just Ducky' Miss Schuh directed it In December we picked out our announcements and name cards We also ordered new caps and gowns We chose the American beauty rose as our class flower, navy, red, and gold as our colors, and 'Let Arms Yield to the Gown' as our motto It is with much regret that the Seniors are planning to aureate services will be held on May 21st and Commencement Exercises on May 26th '-4 !0 ik., .K Xe' X477 say good-bye to Hollandale High School this spring.
