Margo Munro. DUTCH DANCE There were over 500 girls in Dutch Dance this year. These girls add to the Tulip Time Festival with their bright, colorful costume and folk dances. Performances made by the girls included dancing in the parades and night time appearances. In addition to the regular Dutch Dance groups there were two experimental groups which gave special performances and did substitution work. HORIZON CLUB With the Horizon cabinet co-ordinating the projects of the 12 groups, these girls have sponsored many activities during the school year. The Christmas formal, the Cotton Cottillion, and the sweater dances after football and basket- ball games are the main social functions which they plan, This year a program of placing earnings from the sweater dances into a scholarship fund for Horizon girls is being considered.
