Our legislative body, this year under the guidance of Mayor Bruce Van Voorst, has excelled all previous records in their handling of Homecoming festivities, National Edu- cation Week, Exchange Assembly, the Christmas program, Career and College Day, and Dutch Treat Week. An added attraction this year was the issuing of football programs, containing write-ups of individual players, new yells, team pictures, and other features. Also introduced at Holland High school was the Honor Study Hall system wherein trustworthy students are allowed to govern themselves in a classroom during their study period. Our fortieth Council has truly lived up to our expectations and led us to foresee even more in the years to come. l46l .5 '--Q Q' 'WWI' 'w fv WX! ,ff jf, ,f 'fM , 1 .f My ff, F ,.,f ffy ,ff 5, N x T-Z1..a.ef Nm Nx- ck!! fl!!
