To the Graduates of 1952: Cordial congratulations upon your graduation. Although you have reached your immediate goal, new spheres of endeavor lie ahead for you, the Lord willing. Today, you are standing on the threshold of a world that is restless with fear and turmoil. You will need unfaltering courage and faith. We are told that the center verse in the Bible is the eighth verse of Psalm 118 in which we read, It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. What a wonderful message this verse contains! May these words of the Psalmist be your personal testimony. May you have complete confidence and trust in God through Jesus Christ our Lord as you proceed along life's way. Strive from day to day to give evidence of this conviction. Four years, you as students have worked together. Soon your ways will part in many directions. Where will they lead? Quite naturally, we're interested. Your parents have given sacriticially for your educa- tion, your instructors have imparted Christian knowledge with devotion of mind and heart, your Board members have spent many hours in planning how we might give you the very best in education. Now we all look and pray for rich dividends. Four years in our High School have wrought changes. There has been mental, physi- cal, social, and spiritual development. You are now ready to continue your studies or to take up the vocation of 'your choice. Wherever your path may lead in Godls providence, we sincerely hope that every young man and young woman will with the endowments given by God bring glory to Him and honor to the institution that has the love of our hearts.
