The following officers have served for the past year: President, Allan Dean: Vice-President, Donal E-runsg Secretary, Russell AIcCannon3 Treasurer, Don Helton, Sentinel, Loyd Hite: Advisor, Mr. Crim. Some of the FFA activities for the year of 195253 are: entered Johnson County Plow Terrace Contest: Loyd Hite won first in plowing of terraces and Paul XVhitfield won third in plowing of his terrace and ranked third in safety. XVe attended the National FFA Convention in Kansas City on October 14. Ten boys entered the Pfister Hybrid Corn Slimving Contest: Loyd Hite won the reserve grand championship of the show at Nevada, Mo, Our Chapter sponsored Barn XX7?ll'lTllTl' and were hosts to the FHA girls: Donald Ktphart was crowned King and Patsy Early was crowned FFA Queen. XX'c entered the following teams in the Sub-district contest: parliamentary procedure, radio skit, farm mechanics, livestock judging, and dairy judging.
