SEASON The perseverance has been at its best. Though the team is very new, it has gone on with astounding fight- ing spirit to meet rugged competi- tion on the playing field and has had a season which will be long remembered. The Bulldogs have accomplished with hard work a great deal in strengthening the defensive line. The backfield operated with more speed and agility than ever before. In the coming season Holbrook High can look forward to the return of many seasoned players. The fu- ture looks bright for continued suc- cess on the gridiron at Holbrook.

s “A SUCCESSFUL Under our new and enthusiastic coach, Mr. Gildea, the football team went on to more spectacular wins than in previous years. Coach Gildea not only taught the team the fundamentals of football but also taught them that good sportsmanship not only goes with wins but also losses, and this the team has certainly achieved. The spirit of the team itself was tremendous, not only at the games but at the many grueling practice sessions after school as well.
