u L... SPORTS BANQUET The sports banquet was March 6. It honored the basketball and volleyball players and the inter-scholastic cheer- leaders. Awards and thanks were given to the players and to the coaches. It was enjoyable for the participants, parents, and the coaches.

WHAT A SPORT! In December, students collected canned foods for charity. For each can, they received a vote for a staff member they wanted to see get a pie in the face. The students are given situations and act as advisors to either the President of the United States or the General Secretary of the Communist Party QUSSRJ. On the last day the situation has increased to the point ofa nuclear war and the students must decide the future of their countries.
