Hockaday’s community service pro- gram is dedicated to helping people help themselves. Along with Community Service Workshop, it involved itself in the Charity Bowl, tutoring at Stephen C. Foster, and many other activities. By holding numerous bake sales for charity, giving holiday parties, visiting nursing homes, and other projects. In addition, over $2000 was raised for The Family Place from Charity Bowl ticket sales. Hockaday St. Mark’s Activities Throughout the 1986-87 school year, Hocka- day and St. Mark’s continued their effort to pro- mote school spirit. Through football games, pep rallies, and mixers, Hockaday and St. Mark’s united as one. The two schools also combined their enthusiasm to improve our community with fund raisers such as the Charity Bowl.
