However, she is endowed with many other outstanding features. Becky gives the appearance of an extremely fun-loving girl, which she is. But also, she is an honor student, devoted to her many activities in the Dux and Entre Nous. She has been a big asset to the Green Team as an enthusiastic and determined cheerleader. Becky’s many friends recognize her as a sincere and devoted girl. This is a girl that will find success in whatever field she chooses. Hockaday, the Latin department particularly, is losing one of its most essential girls.

Although having been here only two years, Karlene has made a prominent place for herself among her- classmates. Her determination and her vivacity have gained her much respect and admiration. She has done much for the school spirit through her varied cheer- leading activities. Karlene’s outgoing: and friendly personality make everyone feel at ease around her. Because of her numerous beaux, Karlene is envied by many. We surely feel that next year Briarcliff is gaining a girl of outstanding drive and personality. Wards Bermasrnraoro Hard-working, sincere, clever, and good-humored, Wendy has given of herself and her time to every project in which she is involved. Latin and Drama seem to be her main interests. Her help (especially backstage) in both Drama Club and in Glee Club has been greatly appreciated. But she is not always behind stage, she is also a great little actress. Because of her excellent diction, she received the Diction Cup in her junior year. She also has been a willing and imaginative helper on the Roman Banquet. Persevering and imaginative, Wendy is not averse to hard work without any glory attached; she will be well-remembered at Hockaday and eagerly received anywhere.
