German is the world of inspira- tion and individual solutions to esthetic problems. Every new stu- dent contributes to the knowledge and inspiration. I have learned many things. My conclusion has been that our stu- dents are a reflection of the way their parents and teachers have thought and acted before them. Roberta Rhea and Kenny Riek help Mr. Black explain to the class about sentence declensions. Language Arts Second year Spanish students Carolyn Wise and Kent Smith show Mr. Neff their interpretation of “el toro” or the bull. Each student has his own emotional needs, intellectual ca- pacity — and thus should be treated as a distinct personality and not as merely part of a group. 22

The I.Q. has a lot to do with students learning, but it’s the will power and the Will which is important to his edu- cation. Elden Waldschmidt, Richard Allison, Mike Blachly, and Danny Stowers listen solemnly as Mr. Collins explains the procedure of running this intricate machine.
