They have given many shows to pro- mote the Red Cross drive and have furn- ished operators for programs of outside organizations. In addition to doing superior work in journalism the student must be in the upper third of his class scholastic- ally, be recommended by the sponsor, and submit a copy of his best work for the approval of the executive secretary of the society at international head- quarters. Besides donating money to the Junior Red Cross, the purchase price of five lockers was presented to the school.
