Hitting the disciplinarian with a bag of water is a punishable offence as was determined by a prece- dent set last fall. The freshmen had proved them- selves to be an unusually responsible lot when they emerged from daily chapels in swing-session season knowing all the rules! But there are always mal- feasants, and Gerry Maloney seemed like a good boy when George Walsh dropped a bag of aqua on Welker as the latter walked out of Geneva Hall one day.
