This year the upper six grades and the fac- ulty picked our candidate, Pat Taylor, and announced it at the annual Farmers' Institute. Pat is an active girl in her class and in the school. She is scholastically in the upper twenty-five percent of her class. She is 5' 7 tall Sz weighs 125 pounds. Her radiant smile and pleasing personality makes her an asset to Hoaglin-Jackson. She has great music ability which is put to use by her band, chor- us, Senior Trio, and Triple Trio membership. Many hours have been spent and will be spent before the selection of the Peony Queen on April 9th, and the parade on June 11. We are sure with her many assest she will be a credible representative for Hoaglin-Jackson. LOTS OF LUCK, PAT!! FARMERS' I NSTITUTE wi -- ,, :Rfk 0 We PX f- Q new Q.. QA 't 52 -g .1-Q., 3 ..
