Donald Wisner A willing worker who can be called on to do any task and will make a noble effort to complete the assignment. Mechanics and a love for the out-of-doors are of primary interest to him and occupy much of his time. He enjoys farming and will probably make that his profession. Activities and class offices: basketball, baseball. and band for three yearsg chorus, four years, Red Cross, freshman yearg student council, sophomoreg and junior class play. She was in the chorus three years and, was a member of the famed senior trio, and went to Lima in her freshman, junior, and senior years to sing in the state contest. She has contributed much to the senior class and Hoag- lin-Jackson. Her personality is above reproach and as a result leaves a multitude of friends at the school. Activities and offices: band, two yearsg Y-Teens, four yearsg program chairman and recreation lead- erg red cross representativeg and in the class plays. Carol Yoh A quiet, serious student who is very congenial and is very cooperative in any endeavor that she undertakes. She is fond of music and has been the pianist for many musical programs which have taken place during her four years of high school. Interest in music and a hobby of collecting shells in club. V 7 ' Ruby Yoh It's difficult to possess a pleasant attitude, even during times of dissatisfaction, but this is a char- acteristic of Ruby. Complaints were never made by the students or faculty against Ruby, and this is a tribute to her fine character. She was an above average student and participated in many activities While enrolled at Hoaglin-Jackson. Like many of the senior girls her main interests were in music and sports. Activities and offices: band, Y-Teens, and 4-H, occupy much of her spare time. Twelve Years Together CLASS PROPHECY At our 1978 Alumni Banquet, the entire class of 1958 was present with unclosable mouths. Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Adams, the former Janice Snyder, are happily married with a family of four of which one of their girls will be crowned Peony Queen Jubilee the XXXIVH by Governor Dave McCracken who was recently elected to the Ohio governorship. Miss Darlene Baker is now secretary for Donnie Girod who has just completed the first space trip to the moon and survived. Jan Dunlap is the second James dean in Hollywood, although his success is at stake, due to the fact that he is a Candy-holic and is taking treatments. Wayne Evans has successfully outwitted Einstein on his Hi-Q game. Harold Hoersten was recently disqualified in racing his horse Son of War grandson of Man of War for dragging his feet on the left turn. Marilyn and Carolyn Leiter are running a Seamstress Sho p in Van Wert, Ohio. Connie Foster has recently broken the national typing record by typing 220 correct words per minute of which she attributes her speed to her listening to Jerry Lee Lewis's songs while practicing. Ann Mace is beating away on a bass drum in the All-American Girls' Band. Carl Rogers was head engineer of the Super Highway that runs thiough Wetsel which was re- cently constructed. Delores Roth is now making a haul diving for pearls off the coast of Japan. Marilyn Sanders is riding the waves with her husband on his navy cruises. Gladys Shaffer has married a multi-millionaire who owns oil wells in Texas. Frank Snyder is diligently emptying buckets of waste products in one of Gladys's refineries, and is begging for promotion to sweepboy. Carl Stewart has accepted the position of superintendent of Hoaglin-Jackson after teaching there 15 years. Pat Taylor and Maureen Wortman, both maids, are models, Pat for the Short-Fat-Fanny Company and Maureen, for the 'tSlimsy-Flimsy Tall Girls' Sheath Company . Danny Thatcher and Larry Tribolet have recently been elected President and Vice-President of the American Bach- elors Club. Donnie Wisener is with us after appearing on the Ed. Sullivan's TV show with his Rock Sz Roll . Ruby Yoh has followed the Wetsel Hockey Team to the world championship as sport's commentator for station WXXX. Carol Yoh has taken Liberace's place on TV and uses his burned candles. Each has been successful in their own way.
