In his first year he “tulfwe cn a higher plane than had been known before. It was largely due to hi. effoits that e received our gymnasium. When our athletic field was to be named, there was only one man s name to honor it-the man who made it possible. The field was named “Miller Field ” Last year Coach turned out the most successful football team in the history of Hiwassee. The Girls’ Basketball Team was second to none this e e t.on the State. He made a bunch of boys with very little experience into a basketball team. Uthough they lost a few games, they always displayed that fighting spn Miller injects into all his teams. We feel that “C. T.” has done a great deal to put H iwassee on the map, and we appreciate it. 51 Pretty Fawn ’28 BASEBALL SQUAD 2QP . 5 £ Pretty Fawn FOOTBALL George Reedy Guard Norman Howard End Trank McBride Center Victor Stallaro Tackle Mason Stewart Guard .
