as? 6 ur Little World HF or we are one fraternity Who pledge our love and loyalty . . .ii These words which appear in our Alma Mater say what many of us do not fully realize. We, at Hinsdale, are com- prised of many different nationalities, religions, and cultures, each of which adds his part to our school. The freshnlen entered HTHS from their respective schools, many did not realize that more than ten other ele- mentary schools were sending students to the high school. They were not ac- customed to the idea of cooperating with five hundred other people to ac- complish something which they wanted done. They had not yet learned to share their previous experiments, experiences, and failures with one another. The sophomores and juniors re- turned this year with big plans brewing because now they could rely o11 their past mistakes a11d suc- cesses. They started to plan social events which would appeal to almost everyone, and they were open for suggestions from any of their classmates. The seniors returned for their final year at HT fully real- izing what lay ahead of them in Mthe big, wide world. Each game took on added meaning, each social function was of more importance, and each subject seemed more important and func- tional. The seniors were preparing to leave after spending their four years at HT. Through the friends we have made, the knowledge we have discovered, the interests we desire to pursue, and the fun we have had, '6Wfe'll be ever true to thee . . . Hinsdale Township High, for this has been Our Little World.
