Message to the Seniors The time has come to say good-by to the security and protection that your youth has of- fered you, and to step through the portals into the adult world. You should not be afraid because you are pre- pared. Your teachers have placed in your hands the implements of learning, and encouraged and guided you to use these tools wisely. You have been prepared by the devotion of your parents who have given you sound minds and healthy bodies, high ideals and moral righteous- ness, plus the spiritual foundation that has mold- ed your characters and will inspire your success. Mr. Cronin was responsible for organizing the South Shore League in 1949 and was instrumental in moving the league to Boston Arena in 1952. His teams reached their peak in the 1955-56 season when the team was crowned co-champions of the league and were semi-finalists in the State Tournament.
