THE NATIONAL FORENSIC LEAGUE The National Forensic League is an honor society for high school debaters and orators, founded in 1925 to stimulate inter- est in interscholastic speech activity. By steady but conser- vative growth the original 24 chapters in 15 states expanded to 500 chapters in 40 states in May. 1936. This year a definite increase in chapters will be noted. The League is supported, directed, and controlled in every particular by its own member schools and their elected represen- tatives.
