2673 104 BASEBALL The '55n baseball team has a very good year of sportsmanship under the coaching of Mr. Brown. Members of the team were: Michael Hart, Charles Bissonette Robert Stokes Ronald Mashia, Richard Mitchell Donald Palmer, Wayne Bissonette, Thomas Shea, Paul Emmons, Lyle Blssonette, Wayne Bill- ado, Joseph Laramee, Manager, Eldred French. CHEERLEADERS The Cheerleaders started with six girls. They were: Dorothy Thorpe, Captain, Joyce Lavigne, Joanne Booska, Doreen Thompson, Pat Nertney, and Ilene Downs. New skirts of green corduroy were made by Mrs. Downs. with these skirts they wore white blouses, white socks and either saddle shoes or white bucks. The girls again this year followed the new regulations to give a good impzassion for the school. J. V.'s The J. V.'s had a good season winning two from Shelburne one from Bristol and losing one to Bristol. The team members were Wayne Place, Ortho Emmons JerrY Miner. Stephen Russell Lyle Bissonette, Larry Palmer, Leo Lucier, and Robert Stokes. Their coach was Mr. Pratt.
