As one school year ends and another begins, in retrospect, we try to capture many cherished moments which gradually fade from our minds. The various modes of student education and activities center upon a profound structured learning program as well as spontaneous and infor- mal pursuits. The HINDSONIAN, an essay in pictures, ventures to preserve many ofthe good and bad events ofthe past year. It helps to recall some of the special moments that will forever remain a part of our lives. Somewhere between striving for a high school education and looking forward to a successful adulthood, we encounter an unforgettable group ofbeings known as the Hinds County Agricultural High School students. This book portrays some of Eli? varied abilities and talents possessed by the students. We hope that the 1985 HINDSONIAN will serve as a liaison between the trivial and important aspects of the scholastic year. Lisa Gilmore contemplates her assignment.
