A theater party was held in December at the Rialto theater. After the show, the group had lunch at Schultze's Corner. For the Carnival, the club sponsored the For- tune Telling booth. Some of the most active and popular students in the school are members of the Spanish club. Mildred Payne, the 1929 Carni- val Queen, Doris Stough, valedictorian of the June class, Lucille Neville, member of the Girls' League Follies, Katherine Youngman, member of the debate team, and Lucile D.
