Foreword It is the sincere hope of the yearbook staff that those who scan these pages of the '59 HORNET will see a small portion of Hillside through this book. We, the editors, would like to give our thanks to all those who have worked so diligently and faithfully to make the success of this publication attainable. We are deeply indebted to Mr. Holmes, our principal, who has given unceasingly of his time, information, and experiences to make the HORNET successful. Also, we want to express our gratitude to the HORNET staff who has never failed to render its invaluable services. To the community, we also give a special vote of thanks for the wonderful way that they have rallied to the support of the HORNET, Last, but by no means least, we would like to thank the students who have whole- heartedly given us freely of their time, patience, and monetary support.
