OuTsTanding men on The Team, according To Coaches Frank Collin, Paul ArmsTrong, and Frank McGraw, were: Wayne Wallick, KeiTh lvlaTTos, Bill Woy, Bill SmiTh, and Bob PlaskeTT. Winning six and losing Two, The Team is looking Torward To nexT year, when iT will enTer P.A.L. compeTiTion. The Frosh-Soph had To disband in The middle oT The season, because OT injuries and lack of players. Gary Copelland, Dave Bean, and Jim CreighTon are expecTed To be key men on nexT year's Team. STarTing oTT our baskeTball season, The IlO's and I2O's divisions puT up an exciTing show despiTe The handicap oT playing all Their games on opponenTs' courTs. Leading Coach Harry Therkelsen's l lO's Team To sixTh place was Gene Karcher, who was named second sTring All-P.A.L. l2O's, also under The direcTion oT Coach Therkelsen, did very well. G-arin Burbank and Bob Barker, who boTh played a good game oT deTensive ball, are prospecTs Tor l3O's nexT year. CoordinaTion and Teamwork were evidenT in John l-lorgan's l3O's baskeTball squad. Lenny Nicholson, wiTh IZ4 poinTs Tor The season, and Bob Jachens helped pave The way Tor The TirsT season, and are very good prospecTs Tor nexT year's VarsiTy Team. Paul ArmsTrong's VarsiTy BaskeTball Team puT up a deTermined TighT ThroughouT The season. Only winning one game, They showed Tremendous sporTsmanship and Teamwork. This year's Team was helped Through The shooTing and ball handling abiliTy of Chuck Sholz and Jim Kasper. Coach ArmsTrong is looking Torward To a good season nexT year, wiTh The reTurn oT his players. The I956 season has been designaTed a building year Tor Coach William STreTch's mermen. Joe AlTeri and Dave RoberTs, who boTh have a year's experience behind Them, are expecTed To make poinTs Tor l-lillsdale. Coach Frank Mac6raw's VarsiTy Baseball Team is l-lillsdale's TirsT enTry To carry school colors inTo P.A.L. compeTiTion.
