Prior to becoming President of Hillsdale he served as Director of Com- munications for the National Associa- tion of Free Will Baptists Foreign Missions for one year, as a missionary to the Ivory Coast for ten years, and as a teacher at Hillsdale for one year. Married, he and his wife Joy have one son, Steve. Mrs. Jones assists son Steve with school work.
