ROTC has a few good men, women More than 50 of the 600 cadets enrolled in the Tampa ROTC pro- gram are HCC students who work under Capt. Dan Burrows. In addition to marching and drill- ing students learn repelling and firing and become masters on handling the M-16 rilfe.
