Media Club The Media Club of Plant City Campus had as its objective to teach as many students as were interested the art of good photography, developing and printing. Interested students met with Doug Butler and were challenged with intriguing photography assignments. The biggest problem they encoun- tered was keeping up with the Vivitar flash which occasionally ended up at Ybor. 111 Starting out as the Negative Proof Club in September were members Linda Rowell, Carol Pricher, Conrad Varnum, Russell Flott, Patti Yarbrough, and Hal Mooney working with Audio-Visual Technician Doug Butler. However, by mid-year the club members decided to change the name of the club to Media Club. 121 The Media Club had fun learning how to operate the equipment.
