That a great deal of food passed over the serving counter is evidenced by the 105 bushels of potatoes and 1, 800 loaves of bread which were served. Modern facilities in the home economics department include cabi- nets, ranges, dinette suites, and refrigerators. These additions give an opportunity to put to practi- cal use the instruction received in the classroom and to make the homemakers of tomorrow more successful.
