Pep, Ski Clubs Clubs Provide Outside Activities This year's Pep Club did a great deal to promote school spirit. Besides attending and advertising games, they sponsored a sports award banquet and held a mother-daughter sport night with GRA. The club was advised by Mrs. Kastberg and Mrs. Anicker. Dee Dee Dow served as president. The Mid-High Ski Club consisted of: 58 avid schussboomers, two sprained ankles, one black eye, one case of frostbite, one varsity racer tSteve Vogeltanzj, strange noises from the back of the bus, four months of great Weather, and one broken leg- ankel Combination. Spanish, French Clubs Language Students Gain World Understanding The Spanish Club, advised by Mr. Wallace, earned money for an outing in the spring. Among other activities was a potluck dinner in February. Manuel Ramos was club president. French Club sponsored this year's Valentine's dance f Bal D' A mour j. Other activities included a trip to a French restaurant and to various high schools to see French plays. Miss Sahnow advised the club and Nancy Bringle served as president.
