T. Sanders and S. Kahler B. Hofmeister, H. Urban, and C. Gabay S. Martalock and C. Gabay The Tolkacz Family Janice Boldon Cindy Gabay Prom Prep As Juniors, the Class of 1976 chose Scarborough Fair for the theme of the 1975 Junior Prom. With the use of horses from the city park we constructed a car- ousel for the centerpiece of the gym. For the backdrop we made a large ferris wheel with Scar- borough Fair at the top. We drew and painted a collage of fair scenes which covered one whole side of the gym. We used red, blue, green, and yellow crepe paper streamers for the ceiling. We also used numerous balloons of all sizes, shapes, and colors to add to the fair atmos- phere. To add the finishing touches of a fair we sold cotton candy. The Prom began at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 1975 with Cozmos providing music. The 1974 Junior Prom King Steve Shaker and Queen Linda Winc- hell crowned Gary Stanek and Julie Johnson the 1975 King and Queen. The other members of the court were Nancy Kouba and Kevin Fawcett, Cindy Gabay and Bob Hofmeister, Mary Jo Picha and Dave Aponte, and Lori Ham- mer and Steve Unbehaun. Dawn Urban and Andy Evans were the crown bearers. On Monday, May 5, 1975, we came to school early to 'disman- tle' all of our decorations. In one and a half hours' time we had demolished many hours of work.
