When our Santa Rosa School Board Wanted our school to be built, they hired an architect, and when they wanted this school to have students, teachers, curriculum, secretaries, custodians, and a nurse, they hired Bill Tauzer. How fortunate we are to have our first principal to be not only a friend and neighbor to the late Judge Hilliard Comstock, but also a good organizer who is interested in students and who is enthusiastic for Hilliard Comstock Junior High School.
