BAND Under the leadership of Mr. Dan Allen, band director, the band per- formed at football half-time activi- ties, contests, school social functions, and parades. Shirley Greer, chosen on the basis of leadership and know- ledge of signals, served as drum ma- jorette. A newlv formed color guard marched with the band, along with the energetic majorettes, who were under the direction of jean McClure, head majorette. Xvith the attention of the band members, Mr. Allen rehearses for a parade. The color guards. a new addition to the band, march during halftime at a ballgame.
